Delicious sugar-coated sweet potatoes
Often found as a dessert at Chinese restaurants. You dip the sweet potatoes in cold water to cool down and harden the sugar.

By the way, I am alive and well! My eating adventures have been a little slow lately. Working tons, and just moved to San Francisco (can you believe it).
I have never seen this before (or maybe I just didn't know you were supposed to dip it in cold water), but I want to try some RIGHT NOW. Yummm.
