Simple dinner tonight since we are going to New York on Saturday.

Chinese meatballs with ginger, onions, soy sauce. Rice noodles with veggies.

Dou sa mantou - Steamed red bean buns

My 2nd attempt at my mom's steamed red bean buns. Tasted fabulous. Not as pretty. But whatever. They are in my belly and my belly is happy.
