Warm chocolate tarte with pink peppercorn ice-cream


Mignardise: Chai chocolate truffles, coconut marshmellows, and moist poundcake

Still prefer Ippudo but this was quite delicious. Love the egg and chewy noodles. That pork will kill you (in a good way.)

Their pork buns kick Ippudo's ass though.
