Dou sa mantou - Steamed red bean buns

My 2nd attempt at my mom's steamed red bean buns. Tasted fabulous. Not as pretty. But whatever. They are in my belly and my belly is happy.

How funny! I just made some red bean buns too! However, I like mine Korean style.. baked. I think its more of a brioche dough though. What u think?
