Boulangerie

Today I learned that I am not a baker. Not that whatever I made was a disaster. It turned out quite good, but I don't think I have the patience for making baguettes. Quite a bit of technique as well as math involved. We made baguettes, wheat bread, and pain viennois. Delicious.
