Ropa Vieja Night
Had Tran, Weenie, Hubby, Luigi,Michelle, Manny, and Raf, come over for Ropa Vieja. Carlo was there but because of lent, he could only eat rice, beans, guacamole, and chips. haha. The Ropa Vieja I made this time tasted better than last time. I added some cayenne pepper - I know, I know, Cuban food isn't supposed to be spicy, but it added a nice touch to it.
