Went to the English market today.
Ate at Farmgate Café which is located inside - they get all their produce from the market.
I got the Shepherd's Pie. It was really good ! Seasoned perfectly as well.
Sue's Irish stew was excellent! It was light, but still savory and satisfying.
Bread pudding of course

Walking around downtown.
Checked out the interesting vitrines.
Walked home from town - it was a nice 45 minute promenade.
Cooked a parsnip and turnip soup which was quite rustic and tasty. Add some fresh Irish brown bread and sweet bread from the market. And some turkey with herb farce. Dinner was ready by the time Christine came home. =)
