I made financiers the other day with my new financier molds - they were for Nina but she was too busy this week to pick them up. Tant pis - me and Amanda ate them.
For lunch, we went back to Le Salon de Thé Wen Zhou - I know, I have been there a million times this week, but not for lunch. ;)
We tried this "flat bun" with Chinese veg and meat.
And of course ordered the Cha Niu Hu.

GOOD NEWS ! They started making zhi ma qio ! And they are 100x better than the ones a few doors down. Perfectly cooked.
